Christopherson’s newest enhancement to customer service automatically alerts their agents to re-check for hotel room rate reductions three days prior to a client’s check in.
“This new technology will have tremendous value to our clients,” said Brent Carter, CTG Director of Operations. “It’s not uncommon for our agents, using Hotel Re-Check, to find the same room type for $25 to $50 lower (per night) than what was available at the time of booking. This can add up to significant savings to our corporate accounts,” said Carter.

Hotel chains have recently instituted guaranteed “best rate” price parity across all distribution channels-not just selected discount venues.
