I’ll admit it. I’m a reality TV junkie. One of my very favorite shows is the Top Chef series on Bravo. Regular Top Chef, Top Chef Masters, Top Chef: Just Desserts… I adore them all. Anyway, I’ve gotten to know chef Rick Bayless (well, as much as you can get to know someone by watching them on TV) from his many appearances on the series, and been lucky enough to eat his food a time or two.
How does this relate to business travel, you ask? Well, if your business travel takes you through Chicago’s O’Hare airport at all, consider yourself lucky! I just learned via Gadling that Rick Bayless opened a new eatery, Tortas Frontera, in the Chicago airport, found past security in Terminal 1. Make sure to check it out next time you’re killing time there, and in the mood for excellent Mexican cuisine.
