Christopherson Travel Group buys Global Travel and Cruise Time

February 28, 2003, Salt Lake City - Christopherson Travel Group (CTG) announced it has merged Global Travel and Cruise Time of Draper, Utah into their corporate operations. Global Travel and Cruise Time has been in business since 1989, specializing in corporate travel with a very productive cruise and vacation department. The consolidation will add nine travel professionals to the CTG team, which includes 100 agents and staff at 20 offices, handling $90 million in annual travel sales.

"We have wonderful, experienced travel agents but, were lacking on the technology side of things," explained Greg Ross, owner and president of Global Travel and Cruise Time. "We will now be able to provide our clients with an advanced suite of travel technology and more buying power, along with the quality service and expertise they expect.
